Refund policy

We want you to love your party supplies! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items: Opened or used party supplies, custom/personalized items, and final sale items cannot be returned.
